Please Read Instructions before Ordering
When placing your order, please include your team name, list of players and their numbers with a G beside your Goalies, and which item (skate or Stick) you would like. Your goalies will receive a goalie stick or skate depending on which you choose. 
LOGO INFORMATION: we will search for your logo online based on the team name provided. Should we have any issues we will contact you. If you would prefer to reach out to confirm feel free to email us. 
Please note: Quantity should be how many players you have on your team requiring a Skate or Stick.
